But I kept seeing the same problem: generic recruitment agencies that didn't understand technology, GIC dynamics, or how to assess for both technical excellence and cultural alignment. They were checking boxes, not building capabilities.

Over the years, I have successfully set up global new GIC or GTC, or captive or GCCs (Global Capability Centers) and played a pivotal role in steering startups towards professionalism and sustainable growth.

My approach to HR revolves around creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement. By forging strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, I ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the needs of both the business and the talented workforce.
